Swan Hellenic Release Exciting Lineup Of 2025 Sailings

Wan Hellenic has unveiled a range of exciting new global itineraries for 2025.

Building on polar voyages, West Africa and Latin America, the big developments for 2025 are an extraordinary exploration odyssey of the Amazon in Brazil and two new original cruises in the Mediterranean, where the tradition of Swan-Hellenic cultural expeditions began.

New Mediterranean cruises explore some of the most inspiring sites of ancient and medieval culture, many of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Most of these are only accessible to smaller ships such as the SH Diana, which offers cruise guests the pleasure of docking in the heart of Venice.

“We are delighted with the itineraries that our specialists have put together for 2025,” said Patrizia Iantorno, commercial director of Swan Hellenic. “Not only do they build on our groundbreaking cultural exploration cruises in 2023 and 2024, but they also offer curious minds entirely new opportunities to expand their horizons in 2025.”

About the new itineraries

The first is the 10-day program “Contrasts of Mediterranean Culture” on board the SH Diana.

The imaginative itinerary departs from Palermo to Venice on August 20, 2025 and covers almost the entire Sicilian, Montenegrin and Croatian coast. Exploring Lipari, Giardini Naxos and Taormina, Gallipoli, Monopoli, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Split, Hvar and Rovinj, guests will immerse themselves in the landscapes, cultures and histories of the many peoples who have settled on these coasts over the millennia .

The “Exploring South America from Barbados to Brazil” on the SH Vega follows an extraordinary 19-night itinerary.

Departing from Bridgetown in the Caribbean to Salvador de Bahia on October 12, 2025, this journey takes in many of South America’s most famous cultural and natural wonders. From Port of Spain, Georgetown, Paramaribo, Îles du Salut, Belém, Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, Fortaleza and Recife. The highlight of this cruise, however, is a four-day detour along the Amazon to Macapa, Iquiqui and Gurupa in the heart of the jungle and back through the Breves Narrows, upriver from Belém in the Thousand Islands region.
