Atlas Ocean Voyages highlights the 2024 Arctic season for the first time with two yachts in the region.

World Traveler and World Navigator will undertake 11 expeditions ranging from seven to 12 nights, exploring the fascinating Arctic region with departures from Tromsø, Oslo, Longyearbyen, Reykjavik and Kangerlussuaq.

Enjoy the convenience of an included charter jet flight service from New York John F. Kennedy International Airport or Oslo Gardermoen Airport on select expeditions.

Featured itineraries

Guests will depart on a 7-day expedition from Tromsø to Longyearbyen on 21 June 2024, visiting ports along Norway’s stunning coastline, including Hammerfest and Skarsvåg (North Cape), Norway, before culminating in the stunning landscapes of Svalbard.

The most popular Arctic adventure is a nine-day round trip to Longyearbyen, Svalbard, where polar landscapes and wildlife encounters await you every day. Departures June 28 and July 7, 2024, and an extended 11-night expedition departs July 16, 2024.

New for 2024 is Greenland Expeditions, a first-time offering that allows travelers to explore Svalbard, Iceland and Greenland on an extraordinary journey.

Whether it’s towering icebergs, vibrant coastal villages or the mesmerizing Northern Lights, every day promises a new and awe-inspiring experience. Choose from 9 to 12 night expeditions for an unforgettable experience: August 5, August 15, August 21, August 25, September 1 and September 6, 2024.

Embark on a unique expedition at the height of the polar summer, departing from Oslo to Reykjavik on 10 August 2024. This special journey takes you to the charming Norwegian coastal ports of Bergen, Stavanger, Flam, Olden and Alesund before crossing the Norwegian Sea . Explore Icelandic ports such as Seyðisfjörður, Akureyri and Isafjörður and end your adventure in Reykjavik.

Chartered jet service included

On expeditions starting or ending in Longyearbyen or Kangerlussuaq, guests enjoy an included charter flight.

Expeditions starting or ending in Longyearbyen, Svalbard include charter flights from Oslo, Norway to Longyearbyen, making it easy for guests to start or end their expedition.

Charter flights from Oslo are also included for World Voyager voyages that begin or end their expedition on August 15, 2024 in Kangerlussuaq, Greenland, while expeditions that begin or end aboard World Navigator on September 1, 2024 also include charter flights from Oslo include New York. JFK Airport as a special opportunity.

The charter flight to New York City to and from Kangerlussuaq is the first of 2024 and will be offered on two voyages departing from Reykjavik on August 21, 2024 or departing from Kangerlussuaq on September 1, 2024.

Each Atlas 2024 Polar Expedition trip to the Arctic includes a complimentary cultural experience that offers guests unique insights into local communities.
